Hee Wai Ming has his law degree at Northern University of Malaysia (“Universiti Utara Malaysia – UUM”) where he attained a second class upper in the year of 2011 and later admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in the year of 2012.
He chambered in Messrs Woon & Co. for Nine (9) months under his master, Mr. Tony Woon Yeow Thong and later Joined as a legal assistant in Messrs Woon & Co. for 3 years fro 2012 until 2015.
His vision to cater for the ever changing and growing needs of the global business community. In keeping with this vision, the firm is prepared to take on diverse challenges in the legal field and at the same time, strive to provide sound commercially efficacious solutions from different perspectives.
He believes in maintaining strict standards of professionalism and integrity in his work and ensure that his Client’s interest and well-being are safeguarded at all times. He recognize the importance of unconditional confidentially while extending a more personalized relationship with his Clients.
He started the firm in June 2015, in line of his vision which has taken the first step towards expanding the legal services to assist, advice and to protect the right without any fear and favour. His principal area of practice then was project conveyancing and litigation. His forte lies in the areas of law relating to retail banking, finance and securities, tort, conveyancing, housing development, corporate and business law.
He advised and undertakes all legal documentation associated with conveyancing real estate work, acquisitions, disposal and in financing of properties, leasing and tenancies.
He assists his Client in obtaining financing for the business projects and also in real and commercial property acquisition. He also assists Financier’s in the structuring of transactions and compliance with banking regulations at approval from other regulatory bodies.
His services encompass documentation, registration, applications and ancillary matters thereto.
He advise and handle various aspects of family and administrative law matters which range from the drawing up wills, divorce proceedings, probate and administrative.
